Singing Whale

Measures: 20" H x 15 ½" L x 12" W

This sculpture is a tribute to the power and beauty of the Humpback Whale. A celebration of its flowing movement.

The sculpture consists of two separate units. The whale is a separate piece which is securely cradled within the wave base. The whale was smoke fired in sawdust. The wave base was painted with watercolors then smoke fired with straw.
